"Dr Smiley" and "Smiley" are the same character.
I sometimes drop the "dr" part for ease of writing.
I've unofficially "adopted" him as my own, but he still is/based on the Creepypasta character.
I've also redesigned him significantly from the first time i drew him, which would be the art that is on the Creepypasta Files wikia, but because that art is pretty old I've changed his design a lot since then
