Little by little, change your routine. Instead of checking your phone in the morning, check in with yourself first. Journal. Stretch. Decide what you have to do today. Make plans. i attended online classes
also quality time with loved ones which was the highlight of my day (wrestling with my cousins and my brother)

bad day productiveness-wise due to the WORST CRAMPS EVER legit had me in tears but i did attend online classes while crying
mostly just laid in bed curled up with a hot water bottle
