Cali encourages female crew and female musicians, along with persons of color, and persons in the LGBTQ community to submit resumes whenever she is crewing up for future gigs ... so ...  posting a resume at that facebook page will put that resume there for Cali’s team to consider for future shoots / sessions.

Cali also refers people to each other as a form of networking, preferring to foster an atmosphere of sisterhood and cooperation, as opposed to competition.
