This is my latest collection of hand-dyed fabric. I dye in small batches, one yard at a time. I used a very different technique this time, where I folded the fabric into pleats before folding again into a packet, held together with clips and immersed in the dye bath. I had a bunch of orders for specific colors and sizes for more tie dyes so this late afternoon (which they won’t be ready until tomorrow night) I worked on more tie dyes which I thought was going to be a never ending bucket...... I had soaked more then I thought for the time I allotted. Of course I had a BLAST and can’t wait to open the bags to see some of my designs and color combos I decided on. Excited!!!
