I’ve been thinking and I feel like I’m an asshole for not having to keep up with people I used to be close with. I work more than I used to and I barely have time for myself, like I’ve noticed my mental health getting a bit worse and when I joke about hating myself and being depressed I don’t think they’re jokes anymore. But like when people I used to be close get upset with me for not keeping up anymore I genuinely feel at fault but they were trying either and I tell myself if they can’t get that I’m genuinely busy and if they can’t put in the effort to try and talk to me and see how I’m doing what’s the point? I’m tired and I can’t keep fighting with people.

my horoscope this morning pretty much told me to get off my ass and stop procrastinating so I'm barely awake at 7a.m. rubbing my eyes hard into the nape of my neck. so far I need to rehearse, come home and clean my room, wash my clothes, go apply to college since I'm a bum who passed up two private unis in New York because suddenly my soul decided to hit me with a "is this REALLY what you want out of life amber?" mid-decision. im praying everything turns out. mom works so im going to the college alone via bus and hopefully I dont need to bring anything special to apply or else it's an hour-long ride back home.
