Especially when it's caused by things inside of your body,
I CAN FEEL MY JOINTS
My knees, my elbows, some parts of my spine and my sternum all hurt and feel like they are about to collapse in on itself
My hips and many other joints are just making me aware of their presence
Can I stop feeling whats going on in my body so I can stop being overwhelmed by it????
having undiagnosed hEDS is so annoying cuz like wdym I take a walk in the morning and shower and Im still recovering at 3pm? I haven't gotten anything done I'm so tired and the brain fog is making it hard to do anything AND my joints hurt??? From a walk and a shower??? Leave me aloneeee
