For making these, you need colored cardstock, at least four or five eighths to make several of these, cut them in long stripes across the length of it, thiner or thicker depending on how you want them, make circlies capturing the previous one, making a chain.
With the stars, is a similar process, you'll need yellow or glittery cardstock, and a long ribbon, make the shapes the size you desire, and glue them to the ribbon (small tip; is cutting a small hole in the middle of the shape to pass the ribbon through it and glue it like that, so is more durable)
You need watercolour paper for this, multiple sheets, if you want the texture, cut each part separate like this;
Head, hat, makeup, eyes, nose, whole body, small hands and feet in the shape of circles, the clothing details (I am so sorry, I don't know the name, english is not my first language), buttons
