Introject culture is: Hoping you can proxy as yourself in non system-focused spaces and hope people are going to be actually normal about you and your system
Introject culture is!
unpopular opinion inspired by one of positivitygenic's posts...
if you feel like becoming plural will help you, then do it. although against our will, becoming plural/a system helped us. lessened a lot of stress even though we still are stressed to this day, but it more of like evenly distributes it in a way. and on top of that plurality/systemhood gave us companionship to fight against the loneliness and isolation we faced and still face outside of the system. where we have no relationships, where we dont trust anyone outside anymore, we have relationships of all kind with each other.
so if being plural helped us, there's a good chance its going to help someone else too. if you want to be plural, and you think it'll help you, then do it. we support you.
Btw if you don't think created plurality is real, look at thoughtforms, that shit can explain half of whats going on with created plurality
Pros of being an non-traumagenic system
You aren't lonley
Headspace is like a twitch video
Cons of being a non-traumagenic system
Wanting to unmask but don't want anyone calling you a fake system or hurting 'real' systems in public spaces

Creative things to do when creating a headmate!
Write about them!
^ Pick one of their (personality) traits and do a timed writing (or drawing) session about it.
^ Use a random word generator and connect it to them. Through a story / scene, or writing about what that word means to them / how it relates to them / etc.
Try doing a journal entry or stream of consciousness from their perspective.
Write a review (on anything) as if you were them.
Write a to-do list as them. Is it messy and vague, clean and exact, strange??? Or their calendar and agenda.
Write them a letter.
Write a letter from them.
Fill in an OC sheet for them.
Write out a text conversation between the two of you. This could be imagining what a conversation would be like if they had their own body (and phone) or what a message exchange through Simply Plural or notes would look like.
Imagine their physical and mental presence with you throughout the day. What do they smell like? What do they sound like as they travel with you throughout the day?
^ If visualising them in their true form is too much, imagine them as a ball of light following you.
Imagine them in different outfits and clothes.
Use a random object generator. For each item, ask a different question. What's their reaction to being handed that item? What's their reaction to that item being thrown at them? How would they feel if they were gifted this item? If they were shopping, would they buy it?
Use a random scenarios generator and visualize each prompt.
Rather than simply narrate your life to them, you can try doing it with a twist. Talk to them like you're the newscaster, or you're performing a play, or you're on a podcast. Try to get in character!
Throughout the day imagine that you're them. Think not only about how they would act, but how they think and feel.
Pick a book and read it as them. What's their perspective on the topics of the book?
The rise in anti-willo-[blank] blogs are fucking annoying. They don't add anything meaningful to syscourse, and having a username be about how much you're against something is... exhuasting for everyone else who has to scroll past your ableist bullshit.
