SARAH J. MAAS, A.K.A MOTHER, IS COMING TO BREAK THE INTERNET!!!
OH MY GOD THE BLURBS.
ITS DEFINETLY MULTIPOV KINGDOM OF ASH STYLE🙀
ELUCIEN AND GWYNRIEL IS COMING GUYS
THE COVERS ARE REAL!!!
If Elucien doesn’t happen in the next book, it’ll happen in the last book, but it will still HAPPEN. What we might get is more buildup to their story because we’ve seen very few interactions from them in the last two book.
I love Elain, I love Lucien, and I don’t think all is lost from the new information we received.

THE BLURBS SOUND LIKE ELUCIEN AFTER ALL
THEYRE TIED TO THESE PLOTS
“Our stories are worth telling.”
I am so excited 🥹. I cannot wait for more of my girls.
I'm not upset that Elain is not likely to have her own book (though I respect those who are), I think for the story to read as an epic Fantasy Adventure over a Contemporary Romance (which Nesta's kind of did) it makes sense to have multiple point of views with many plot lines going on at any given moment. It worked for Feyre's trilogy but I don't think it's as easy to execute in a single book.
I do hope Elain has an amazing arc even if she shares in a multi point of view - I think Dorian's story was really interesting even though he wasn't technically the main lead of the series and she made him an extremely powerful character regardless.
The thing I am disappointed about is the lack of excitement in celebrating an Elucien endgame leading up to the books and also the knowledge of when / if that will happen. Nessian fans had months to look forward to their story knowing the outcome and after a decade it would have been nice to have that reassurance. With that said I do understand that many romantasy books do not usually confirm endgame pairings ahead of time, that is something you typically see in Contemporary Romance
