   “The last time I was here, the Winter Ball had just finished up... Now it is happening again! I wonder how much time has passed... How many people have come and gone, only for me to return.”

Usagi seems to be having an existential crisis over here, no big deal, no need to worry. This is a regular occurrence for the young senshi. 

“I suppose the real question is..... How am I going to find a date to the ball...  Hey, you over there, you got any dates for the ball!?” 

Was that way he was getting all these strange stares from people? Because he was a cat? He didn’t understand why that was so weird, if anything is was bizarre that this city was mostly made up of… hairless apes?

“You’ll get sick if you stick around without a jacket, so guess I don’t have much of a choice.“

He removes his large trench coat and places it over the small girl.

“Do you live nearby? I can walk you back.“

“It’s okay! I won’t get sick! An’ even if I do, I’ll be better tomorrow!! So you don’t haf’ta--”

She’s interrupted by a trench coat being placed on her shoulders. It’s heavy, but warm, and she can’t find it in herself to reject his kind gesture. So she smiles up at him instead, looking a little bit sheepish.

Even when long accustomed to the infinite potential of whoever or whatever may be summoned into the city, there were still moments when Aichi found himself at a loss for words. Granted, he’d no place to when there had been so much stranger than a hybrid of man and cat.

Still, he thought of the feline in the house, wondering if, had she a body like his, would she opt for a similar appearance. Of if he would get along with her, irrespective of their differences.

          “ I can’t imagine what it must be like biting the bullet like that and still looking flawless, but I suppose they look happy with their red carpet looks, so who’s to say what’s what right?  ”

Zarya had seen some interesting people in the city, but this was... Definitely new. Tilting her head, she simply watched the... creature? From a distance, trying to discern some sort of mannerisms or if she could figure out what exactly they were. It wasn’t going well. Sighing, she moved from where she stood, making her way over to the person.

Reaching out a hand, she not so smoothly stuck it right on their head. Oh, it was soft like real fur.

“Ah, not a mask.” Was all she had to say, removing her hand just as quickly as she placed it.

Well... He was almost done with everything. And a bit of a tired look met the detective, as if the tailor hadn’t gotten much in the way of sleep.

“I’ll take your offer for help, or call in a favor some time in the future, if that’s alright with you. Just a tuxedo?”

At least those were easy!
