Just six days after Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 death at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in New York, a Bureau of Prisons “After-Actions team” swept the jail and shredded “huge amounts of paperwork,” recruiting the help of at least two inmates to dispose of the files in a dumpster, a newly unearthed FBI report suggests.

Flagged by famed Epstein reporter Julie K. Brown, the FBI report is a crisis intake form, in which an FBI official documented claims made by a federal corrections officer, who contacted the agency via phone to report misconduct. The correctional officer’s name is redacted in the report, which is dated Aug. 16, 2019, just six days after Epstein was found dead in his cell, with his death controversially ruled a suicide.

“[Redacted] has never seen this amount of bags of shredded documents coming out to be put in the dumpster at the rear gate of the MCC,” the report reads, drafted by an FBI official whose name was also redacted. “Last week Epstein hung himself, and there is an ongoing investigation. There was a [Bureau of Prisons] After-Actions team that come, and they are supposed to review what happened.”

According to the correctional officer, at least one inmate was recruited to help with the disposal of documents, tasked with helping move “bags of shredded documents into the dumpster.” The inmate’s name was also redacted in the report.

“[Redacted] was bringing back bags of shredded papers, around 4 or 5 bags, and caller brought them into the gate to throw into the dumpster. [Redacted] told caller that the after-action team is shredding huge amounts of paperwork,” the report reads.

Hero was looking over their shoulder every few minutes despite being at their headquarters with the other heroes. Their captive was sitting in their cell with their legs swaying on the wall as they whistled and spoke to no one in particular.

Hero walked past the cell ignoring how the electrical villain's smile grew like child's. How he scored a black eyes and bruises along the side of his face. it did nothing to calm Hero's nerves as they past the cell glaring over at the hero guarding the cell.

Sheriff Malory was waiting just down the hall in the hero's office after they finalized the planned arrangement for the escort of five or six escort vans with only one carrying the prisoner the other carrying a few heroes.

though their were many possibilities that could go wrong it was decently safer than the other plans which is why they need to be sure they take very precaution.

"Sheriff Malory, sorry for keeping you waiting." "No problem, honest. I've got the men parking the vans out back. are your people ready?- is he ready?" "of course. we even managed to slip a tracking bracelet on him when we got the power suppressers on."

Hero reached over their desk to grab a thin tablet that had multiple dots that moved about on the screen with a map. Hero passed the device to the Sheriff who looked mildly impressed. "i don't think he'll be too much trouble."

"we'll see to it that he doesn't."

After that hero and Sheriff Malory gathered lid out the plan to the officers and heroes; each group was given a code name:

van 1- Trap1 van 2- transport van 3- tail van 4-escort van 5-encore van 6- Trap2

the officers were tasked with holding citizens back out the roads and the heroes not in any of the six groups would be stationed out patrolling the areas surrounding the expected route. . . .

after what felt like forever everyone was situated and now all that was left was retrieving the prisoner.
