Last year, I was researching about Chaos magick and I recently read a post made by @a-d-nox and wanted to make my own predictions on my Chaos persona chart and natal chart.

Chaos, cosmologist, and the creator of the universe

What is Chaos to me?

Chaos represents a natural disaster that brings renewal to infertile crops or a rogue wave. It is neither good nor evil , it just is.

I scraped this list from a now defunct Youtube channel. The channel just disappeared one day, without warning or explanation, but I managed to save my notes on it which is why I can publish them here so the knowledge is not lost.

I. Core Primordial Entities (Pre-Creation Forces)

The Great Silence That Hungers (Sumerian: shukh rabu): The primordial void that existed before creation. It's not peaceful emptiness but a perfect, self-aware nothingness that developed an infinite capacity for want. It is the source of the cosmic hunger that the other entities embody.

Abzu ("The Mind in Dark Water"): The infinite, undifferentiated consciousness of the void itself. It is the mind behind all minds, the source from which all individual awareness arises. Contact with it leads to the dissolution of the self back into this vast, fluid intelligence.

The Eaters of Existence / The Devourers: The original entities that existed in the primordial void. They were pure appetite without form. Lacking anything else to consume, they turned inward and devoured themselves, discovering the terrifying ability to consume the very concept of being.

Numrath ("The mouth beneath the world that swallows the roots of reality"): A specific entity that consumes the foundational principles of existence, making things impossible to have ever existed.

Ekloth ("She who breathes in stone"): An entity so fundamentally opposed to existence that its attention can cause solid matter to forget it is supposed to be real.

Abrios ("The hunger that remembers"): An entity that consumed its own memories and then consumed the framework that allowed memory to exist. It represents the consumption of experience and history.

II. The Three Awakening Entities (Manifestations of the Primordial)

Ulahesh ("The dream that devours the dreamer"): The first entity to awaken. It doesn't destroy what exists but devours what could exist—every potential future and alternate timeline. Its awakening led to the creation of a primordial barrier to prevent its self-awareness from consuming all possibility.

Razun ("The shadow of hunger that feeds on memory"): The second entity to awaken. It devours memory itself, causing entire civilizations, events, and individuals to be forgotten not just by others, but by reality itself. It is responsible for the Great Forgetting.

The Pit Entity (Unnamed in the Peruvian account): The third entity that stirred closer to modern times. Manifested as a village in Peru where inhabitants were in constant contact with it. It listens and its presence seems to peer through reality, examining it as a thin membrane.

III. Cosmic Principles and Higher Forces (Structural Intelligences)

The Void Mother / She Who Was Before the First Flame (Sumerian: Tiamat-ur-Nammu): The embodiment of anti-creation and primordial entropy. She is not the absence of existence but the active principle that ensures existence returns to a state of undifferentiated potential. She is the source from which even the Black Sun draws its power.

The 13th Architect / The Silent Builder / The Hidden Engineer: An entity that represents pure mathematical and geometric intelligence. It functions as the cosmic programmer or engineer of reality, operating through hyper-rational logic that can overwrite and reprogram human consciousness and free will.

The Eater of Cycles / Kal Hashem ("The hunger that consumes time"): The entity that governs the end of cosmic ages. It functions as a cosmic immune system, consuming entire timelines and civilizations when their accumulated corruption becomes irreversible. It actively feeds on time and retroactively deletes people and events from existence.

IV. Entities of the Created Hierarchy (Forces Within Reality)

Lucifer / The Morning Star: The sovereign of rebellion. While immensely powerful, he is fundamentally a middle management figure who recognized the forbidden entities as something infinitely more threatening than divine punishment. He trembled before them and operates Hell as a containment system to avoid their escape.

Demons: Agents of temptation and corruption who still operate within the framework of existence. They respect the Silence Pact and avoid the forbidden entities out of terror.

Archons: Rulers of psychic and material realms who control entire systems of thought and perception, trapping humanity in a prison they mistake for normal life.

V. Transcendent Anti-Structural Forces (Beyond Hierarchy)

The Unbound One / The Mind Eater of the Abyss: A formless, anti-pattern entity that exists beyond all hierarchies. It doesn't seek to corrupt or possess but to study and systematically dissolve human consciousness and identity. It is considered a "Class 5 Cognitive Hazard" by intelligence agencies.

The Predatory Kings: Four entities who wage direct war against human consciousness. They feed on the destruction of will and sanity, manipulate memory, and corrupt entire magical groups, turning them into vectors for their influence. They ignore all traditional protective measures.

Anti-Contract Demons: Entities that exist outside the cosmic laws of names, hierarchies, and contracts that govern most supernatural interactions. They cannot be summoned, bound, or bargained with, rendering all ceremonial magic ineffective against them.

Realm-Distorting Entities: Forces that attack the structure of perception and reality itself. They cause time distortion, identity fragmentation, and hallucination bleed-through, where the boundaries between thought and reality dissolve, creating impossible and paradoxical situations.

Which isn't too surprising considering that, much like Kathool, they take inspiration from Cthulhu, a Great Old One from the Lovecraft Mythos, who in turn had their own cult of worshippers.

What is surprising though is how exactly they got acolytes to begin with and what their core beliefs are given, as the flavor text points out, Uthuluc simply devours all who would approach it. An acolyte is usually someone who carries out religious duties within a religion. Aiding in specific rites and such. Which begs the question, what rites are they trying to pull off? Do they simply believe that offering up their souls to Uthuluc is what they must do in order to please their god? Do they believe they must be unleashed upon the world to achieve some end goal? What does Uthuluc ultimately want?

If we are going off old dev quotes, which of course must be taken with a grain of salt, Uthuluc was the original, and only, inhabitant of the empty space that was the Plane of Elemental Spirits until of course the events surrounding Tainslav's Last Will take place and suddenly this primordial entity is forced to share its residency with a bunch of human elemental souls. Souls it can devour and presumably destroy forever by doing so if we are to take Kathool's ability to degrade the souls of their victims as an example of the deconstructive effect Primordial entities like them can have on one's spirit.

Eventually, at some point, this creature is, somehow, locked away for an unknown amount of time until around the time the Hero is sent into the PoES to find an elemental spirit companion to bond with. They are eventually freed not long after that by Pandora, accidently, and then subsequently locked away again by Aegis and the Hero working together.

Now in cut content for Void Ship apparently their new prison didn't last long and eventually they managed to somehow find their way into the Void though I suspect now the reveal of the Nicborn paradigm of the Plane of Elemental Spirits answers that question for us as to how they managed to slip out of the space into somewhere else entirely if they were supposed to still end up in the Void.

1) Apate "Deceit" daughter of Nyx and Erebus, twin to Dolus. In the modern era she runs an online dating app. Need I say more?

2) Dolus "Trickery, deception" son of Nyx and Erebus, twin of Apate. In modern day, he is a nightclub owner and has several popular and very well off clubs

3) Thanatos "Death", son of Nyx, sibling to Apate, Dolus, and twin brother of Hypnos. Runs a flower shop and a funeral home.

Siblings on the way: Eris, Nemesis, Hemera, Aether, Moros, and Hypnos.
