A Bacon Cheddar Pretzel Burger is a tasty treat that comes in a soft pretzel bun and has juicy beef patties with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, and a special sauce that is full of flavor.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 pretzel buns. 4 slices cheddar cheese. 8 slices bacon, cooked crispy. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp ketchup. 1 tbsp mustard. 1/2 onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form them into burger patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Grill the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. In the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and allow it to melt. While the burgers are cooking, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create a special sauce. Toast the pretzel buns on the grill until they are slightly crispy. To assemble the burgers, spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each pretzel bun. Place a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top of the sauce. Add a cheddar-topped burger patty on top of the tomato slice. Top each burger with two slices of crispy bacon and some thinly sliced onions. Place the top half of the pretzel bun on top to complete the burger. Serve hot with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
