SuperStar Karate is all about constant and never ending improvement and today was no different. Some of our instructors kicked off the day working solo on 5 of Funakoshi’s 9 throws of Karate-do from the clinch on both sides. A couple of us stayed to then go through the nunchaku kata we are teaching to our RIZE Weapons Training Class next quarter. Finally, Sensei @jkifer79 stayed 45 minutes more for a special class with Iain Abernethy. Thank you 🙏 @iainabernethy for the terrific class! We worked on some very effective solo pad training along with some excellent footwork drills.
