#ppt 3

so i don't really have THAT much to say abt the teaser surprisingly. it was really good though and exactly what i imagined a ch5 teaser could be. i really like the way the labs look (i've been worried they wouldn't end up looking like an actual lab). i also really liked the soundtrack playing it was spooky. a nice mix of the aspects of poppy and prototype's themes...

OH ALSO THE SONG THATS PLAYING IN THE BEGINNING WITH THE DISTANT HUMMING IS BASED ON "THE THOUSAND YEAR MELODY" THAT POPPY HUMMED BEFORE...

this is interesting though, in case it's hard to see it says

a needle pulls a thread. the body writhes on the table. "is this it? is this life?" footsteps echo off the manor floors. "what do i do now? where do i belong?" the eyes glue to the screen. transformation & rebirth you think you know what he wants? you don't know anything. not yet

superrr intriguing. i assume this is referring to prototype's existence/creation. i mean, if you were made for the sole purpose of proving a method so somebody else could exist, you'd question your purpose as well (i wanna mention that in the forsaken pjpt trailer, ollie (prototype) says he's seeking purpose in the shadows. so yeah i think this teaser text is referring to him). the face on the right looks like the poppy doll head in the teaser image but at the same time it doesn't..? it looks more damaged. also i cant tell if this is a split screen two-sided conversation- and is this 1 image overlayed on the screen of the doll head or 2? is the one on the left is a silhouette of someone else?? idkkkkk

i also find the use of 'manor' interesting here. i don't think the labs or factory would be considered a manor, so does that suggest this dialogue is taking place in a house... elliot's house..? where prototype was made.. maybe..? not sure.

my friend eclipse showed me some stuff that this reminded them of. i lowk don't know what these are from (i think the image is taken from smth called "as above, so below" but the upper thing is just smth with alchemy. idk. anyways the stuff in the trailer reminded them of that

the text in the image reminds me of prototype incorporating the others into himself and the top text reminds me of just.. him in general

OH ALSO THE GOOP. i don't think the goop is a new villain i think its coming from prototype?? maybe its the stuff that can revive someone? it has tendrils like its a living organism (im getting soma vibes) so maybe when u get revived by the goop u become corrupted by it.... maybe he wants to make everybody part of the goop 😭😭😭😭😭
