シェフとろくろ I played potter's wheel with a chef from Copenhagen. ・ 先月のある日、コペンハーゲンから訪ねてきたシェフと ろくろ遊びしましてね。 優秀な料理人ってのは、 ろくろ捌きも長けてるものなのでしょうか。 私の説明は9割「こんな感じで〜」と フィーリングしかないのに、 数回で大きめの鉢を引いてしまってるのですから。 敵いませんね。 ・ たまにお客さんとろくろ遊びするんですけどね 「なんか物凄く楽しいかも」って この「なんか」の中に発見がある気がするんですよねぇ。 一緒に手を動かすだけでも 感じるものはありますものね。 ・ あー、本当にうれしくて、楽しい時間でした。 ・ ・ Excellent chefs are good at using Potter's wheels, is that right?
