talk about a place you remember from your childhood::

i guess i really enjoy the memory of my summerhouse which is just outside this little town. i went there almost every summer and me and my family and my cousins and grandparents all went together. me and my cousin karítas and my uncle jón were always together, rolling down the hills and eating hundasúrur (( which is a plant here in iceland and it tastes v nice, idk if it exists somewhere else tho??)) i also had this hiding place of the sea and i just sat there with cookies and watched the sea and listened to the wind 

tell me about your first kiss :: !!!!!

oooohmy that was the most wonderful thing i have experienced. i had been completely over the top crazy smitten kitten for this boy. i had been trying to make things happen for such a long time, like 4 months !!!! two months ago we went to this b-day party and we were being all flirty and cute the whole time and at the end of the night i took him downstairs and we sat on the sofa and sang “somebody to love” with queen on singstar. we were kind of pressed against each other and after the song i asked him what he was doing to me, because he had been so weird and confusing these last couple of months. and i also said if you don’t wont to be more than friends it is really ok, just please let me know so i can stop feeling so crazy about you. at this point our nose were touching and he said that he definitely wanted to be more than friends. then he kissed me, the kiss was filled with such strong feelings and heat !!!!!!!!! all my friends were upstairs and when i came up and he had left we all started screaming and crying bc we had all been waiting for this moment for so long  !! and it was all so beautiful and my heart still pounds so fast and i get butterflies everytime i think about this . pss. we have been together now for two months and i really love him 

talk about little things on your body that you like the most ::

my forest 

the first time i explored it was on a very bad day. i went on a walk searching for an escape, and in an attempt to avoid people i abandoned the regular walking path. i walked and walked through the forest and up the hill, higher and higher until i was as far away from the world as possible. my journey stopped abruptly when the ground was cut by a big cliff beneath me, blocking my path. it was getting stormy and the clouds were getting thicker but i wanted to see what was beyond the trees blocking my view. i found a nice tall tree with soft pines and climbed it to the top, until i was dangerously high up.

the view changed to a horizon of trees, an endless forest spreading in front of me. i could see everything. behind me was my insignificant little suburban town with it’s tiny cars and in front of me were endless, endless trees. it was so beautiful and i just sat high up in that tree, swaying with the wind, letting the sadness and anger wear off me.
