He is a metamorphic mutant with the ability to manipulate water and other fluids that contain a minimal amount of water. He can manipulate it in its third states: liquid, solid (thus freezing), gas (thus thermokinesis) and plasma, enabling him to generate electricity or plasma beams made of ionized steam, that can go from concussive and not too destructive to a mini stellar implosion. His body can adapt to the water surface, suffering a controllable transformation where he gains scales on his lower body beginning from his hips and downwards, further transformation gives him a merman’s tail and can even offer him a resisting/durable ‘musky’ armor on his body that makes him bullet proof.

He was born in Italy from British parents, and moved to France then America as he grew up. His parents are ambassadors.
