Originally scheduled for April 3, 2020, the event will be postponed again and again, then cavalierly canceled by the administrative management of Howl! Like many projects swept away by the pandemic, the lack of consideration for the deal and the accumulation of disappointments pushes Pesot to reverse the faux pas.
