We aren't posting as many positive things as some of our system hoped too, sorry about that. But we're really getting better with self acceptance, not just an acceptance of our plurality. Our system is all dressing up again, some of our men are dressed feminine, some of our women are dressed masculine, some of our therians/otherkins are back to doing quads, some are wearing mask and gear, while I'm working towards buying some of us more clothes and working on those masks. It's really nice to see everyone being themselves freely, to allow ourselves to feel joy and embrace it as it is.. even if somebody else may find it 'weird' or 'childish' of us. We've stopped changing ourselves to be the perfect 'river' everybody wants, and it's been better for us to express rather than to suppress who we really are to people that aren't worth our time anyway. We won't let anything prevent us from using our fashion choices (and styles), gears and masks, as an artistic medium. The way we dress cannot and will not be defined by our collective or individual gender identity. The way we all dress, the way we all act, come from our passion, creativity and a deep layer of an understanding of ourselves. We do not need to meet unnecessarily expectations and so on. This is our form of art, and it makes us happy to be the way that we are. Trans people are allowed to dress and present themselves differently from what they identify as, art isn't categorized by the clothes you wear. You can be a boy and dress like a girl, or you could be a girl and dress like a boy. Therians can wear gear if they'd like too, and they don't have to if they don't want to. All that matters is your happiness, and what makes you feel at home. 💚
