So excited to be shortlisted for British Journal of Photography (BJP)’s Portrait of Humanity. Olivia from Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory poses for a portrait. When I asked her why she loves hunting ” When I hunt I feel happy for other people because we give them food.” This photo was taken in 2014. So important sometimes to dig through our old photos. I always end up seeing things I’ve not seen before and specially in photos that I thought they looked crap.
