Veggie burger for Madi baby, portobello mushroom burger for myself! Sides of steamed broccoli with Violife parmesan and pickled beets!
I made a raw sauce for the portobello of tomatillo, parsley, coconut oil, mustard and apple cider vinegar. I marinated the mushroom in white wine vinegar and soya sauce and cooked it in the toaster oven. This cooking method makes portobellos sooooo good!
