A tasty and gluten-free take on classic popovers, these Paleo-friendly coconut flour popovers are. They are great for breakfast or as an accompaniment to your favorite dishes because they have a subtle coconut flavor.
Ingredients: 1/2 cup coconut flour. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. Coconut oil or ghee for greasing the popover pan.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 400F 200C. To keep a popover pan from sticking, grease it with ghee or coconut oil. Mix the baking powder, salt, and coconut flour together in a mixing bowl. Whisk the eggs, coconut milk, and melted coconut oil thoroughly in a different bowl. Once a smooth batter forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. In the pan, divide the batter equally among the popover cups. Bake the popovers for 20 to 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffy, in a preheated oven. Before serving, take them out of the oven and allow them to cool slightly. Savor the delicious popovers made with coconut flour!

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 2 large eggs. 1 cup whole milk. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
Instructions: Start by heating the oven up to 450F 230C. Put the flour and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Whisk the eggs in a different bowl until they are well mixed. Then add the milk and melted butter. Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones while you stir them together. Mix the batter well until it's smooth. To heat up a popover pan, put it in an oven that is already hot for about two minutes. Take the hot popover pan out of the oven and use melted butter to grease each cup so that they don't stick. Put about two thirds of the batter into each cup of the popover pan. Put the pan of popovers back in the oven and bake at 450F 230C for 15 minutes. Lower the oven temperature to 350F 175C after 15 minutes and bake the popovers for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffy.
