A little study about colors or shapes! (It was supposed to be a background study but shh)
This is the pic I did the study with!!!
The trial and the voting literally made me sick to my stomach. Not only was it heartbreaking to hear Ben talk about how his relationship with the girls grew overtime but hearing all of that knowing it wouldn’t make a difference fucked me up.
This episode also did a great job of illustrating just how fragile their group dynamic is. Shauna is one second away from a full on mutiny, Tai and Van are an inseparable unity looking out for their own and Nat is a leader with no power and no desire to be in that position to begin. I’m also fascinated by Melissa becoming the voice in Shauna’s ear, telling her that she’s powerful and she should be leader.
I don’t think that means that the group will split, instead I think we will see a multiple antler queen scenario with short periods of peace before more in fighting. I have so much more to say but damn this episode was so unsettling and I fucking loved it.
Also, my own personal headcanon is that the guy bugging Ben about saying his catchphrase was paid off by The Yancy Street Gang just to annoy the loveable idol of millions.
I mean...he's on Yancy Street getting cookies for Sue when this scene happens, so I wouldn't put it past them.
