Walking around my local area Ponsonby during level 4 lockdown. All the shops and cafes are closed in an area usually full of people and cars.

Pride in Ponsonby
I ended up staying at the office until about midnight last Friday, having a few beers and chats with some coworkers. We eventually made it to an Irish bar near the office and danced our hearts out.
Once I became a person on Saturday afternoon, I walked to Ponsonby street to meet up with friends from tennis and watch the Auckland Pride Parade.
The whole parade was about an hour long and much smaller than the other pride events I’ve been to in the States; however, it was still filled with plenty of spirit and support from the community.
Ponsonby street was closed off for cars the rest of the night and a temporary stage was erected in the middle for a free live concert. Parade-goers danced in the road and bar hopped to continue the celebration into the night.
