“Ah.. one moment, please.” The tired alicorn states, his posture not the best as he stumbles on his words. His eyes bleak, with dark bags under them. Stretching out his wings, large and ashen grey.. his tail swings to and fro as his stance shifts to bring attention to the Crystal Unicorn that wanted his attention.

He didn’t mean to ignore them for a moment, but his awareness has been dropping ever since the nightmares were taking hold. Hopefully though, with time, he would be able to mend it and sleep peacefully again. But for now, the unicorn was wanting his attention for one reason or another.

“Apologies.. it is difficult to concentrate lately.. My name is Avery, who might you be?” Of course, he was expecting something similar to many others when they first see him.. a Stallion Alicorn in the flesh. It was strange but.. it was who he was. Now? It’s.. stranger to accept the fact. Him being royalty..

"Does the Empire even remember their previous princess? Long has the death of Princess Amore hung on mind. It would sadden me to see the Crystal Empire having forgotten her." // Radiant Hope to Cadance 

Amethyst eyes softened as they moved from the stained glass image, to the crystal unicorn beside her. This all must not be easy for her, an adjustment beyond even the rest of her subjects. Cadance sighed, stepping closer to Radiant Hope. 

              "OH, MISTY!  i'd absolutely love to.  what exactly were you feeling up for?  we need to take absolute care, don't want to damage those lovely curls of yours..."  hoof was raised to TAP at her chin, head tilted just slightly in thought.  elegant wings of soft baby pink fluttered, the fluffy ends seeming to ruffle with excitement at the idea of helping one of her friends with a makeover.  a few clip clops announced pipp was leading the way to a chair, "come and sit!  it'll be easiest if you're nice and relaxed... i'm also going to grab rocky, he's a p r o when it comes to mane makeovers!  is this for a special occasion or just wanting to sport a new look for bit?  either way, you're going to look faaaabulous!"

         PANIC HAD HER FREEZE, but misty managed to maintain relatively composed.  at least until she had to actually respond.  it was one thing to stand there wide-eyed and in fear, but another to try and give a REASONABLE response as to why she most certainly could not answer any questions.  ( reasonable was not the best word to use in reference to her reply... )                   "uh, right now?  like... right now right now?  because i don't think i can... right now.  i've got... broccoli... in my trash.  and it's old, r e a l l y old.  so i gotta go... empty it!  empty it, right, before it... you know.  stinks up my whole house, gotta go, bye!"        okay, maybe it was time to practice excuses back at the castle...

            "HAVEN'T TOUCHED IT, you know your spray is too much for my mane.  maybe check with izzy, i could totally see her using it to hold some of her crafts in place." delighted smile stretched her features, though that was mainly because attention was ENTIRELY focused upon landing the perfect angle for her latest selfie.
