2012 Château Haut Chatain
I don’t know why my buddy here has to get all up in my piece like this, but hey, we’re limping to the finish line on 2020. A little Bordeaux makes everything better. Barnyard notes on the nose along with blackberries, plums, violets, dark chocolate, medium roast espresso, and a hint of red cherry. Ripe plums with a hint of cinnamon on the palate along with dark chocolate. Smooth with decent red cherry acidity and a nice finish.
