Braixen & Polteageist 🦊
My poltergeist possesses a teapot that was used to secretly serve booze during the prohibition I'm also pretty sure he's possessing some sort of tea cocktail because he has about the same coordination as my spinda
I laughed way too hard and should not have free will…
Don’t let it near anything flammable, though.

Figured you might be a good person to ask. I have a lovely Polteageist. Many years ago, I left some tea out for too long, and the next day I woke up with a new mon looming over me, and waiting for snackies. Since then, our family has grown and they get along wonderfully with the entire team. But sometimes I wonder if I’m enriching them properly. I have plenty of tea leaves and tea accessories for them to experiment with, but for a ghost type, my Terrorpotta isn’t much of a prankster. I know many ghost types prank their trainers as a bonding thing, but, come to think of it, they’ve always been well behaved. Even as a sinistea. Any advice is appreciated!

Yes, as a general rule ghost types are known for being mischievous! As you’ve seen, though, that’s not always the case.
Sinistea and Polteageist are extremely interesting Pokemon and absolutely fascinating to study as they’re the only Pokemon whose temperaments can be influenced by human intervention. This is because the Black tea they inhabit has a large impact on their personalities, and each tea variant has unique characteristics associated with each:
Assam -> Extroverted, playful, charming, childish, impulsive
Darjeeling -> Introverted, perfectionist, confident, blunt, opinionated
Ceylon -> Social, patient, impassive, petty, creative, adamant
Keemun -> Shy, gentle, sensitive, self-conscious, compassionate, cautious
Lapsang Souchong -> Fiery, daring, adventurous, curious, absentminded, argumentative
Of course, these are only a few of the most commonly found characteristics, and blends of these teas produce mixed results. Additives like milk and sugar can also have an effect.
Though, it has been noted that teas with artificial sweeteners are prone to producing more deceitful personalities in these Pokemon.
Depending on what was in the tea you left out, your Polteageist could simply just be of a calmer disposition. In any case, boredom in ghost types is usually very messy and destructive, so unless they’re absolutely going berserk, they’re likely not in need of more enrichment.
