This delectable hot chocolate recipe is the ideal way to stay warm on a chilly night watching The Polar Express. It's chocolaty and creamy, with fun marshmallow and candy cane toppings.

Ingredients: 4 cups whole milk. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. Whipped cream for topping. Mini marshmallows for garnish. Crushed candy canes for decoration.

Instructions: In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the whole milk and heavy cream. Whisk in the granulated sugar, cocoa powder, semi-sweet chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
