#cave get in and out... 1&2 Bat Cave in Pokhra is an experience, With a lantern in your hand in search of Bats in that dark cave where people who have breathing and suffocation phobia find difficulties while getting out from narrow gate. It is said one who can come out of that small hole from curvy rock feels a sense of achievement. Truthfully it is about will and gist to do. I feel all this experiences make you stronger and help you come out of your phobia, if you take little initiative of strengthening your mind you can certainly do it. If you start panic you demotivate yourself at the same time. Then will to do it vanishes. So important is diverting our mind in direction of positive mode.
