NB: This gym battle was actually much easier compared to Clay (probably just cause his Pokemon outsped most of mine in addition to dealing so many critical hits to my team). 

Upon arriving to Mistralton Town we were greeted by both Professor Juniper and Mistralton’s Gym leader Skyla. The one and only unique Master ball was then provided by Professor Juniper in which she would be conducting further research at the celestial tower. In approaching the Celestial tower, I then trained up my Pokemon by which there had been many evolutions; Dewott --> Samurott, Zorua --> Zoroark and finally Golbat --> Crobat (via friendship evolution). This has indeed boosted up the stats of my Pokemon team in preperation for my upcoming battle with gym leader Skyla. However, given that she is a flying type specialist I swaped out Zoroark for a newly caught Baldore that I had obtained just prior to reaching Mistralton Town.

After defeating Clay, he then invited both Hugo and I to visit the location of where the Pokemon World tournament was being held located south of Deftveil city. Upon entering, I then entered the tournament in which I would then be faced against Hugh (Servine, Semisear and Tranquill), Cheren (Stoutland, Cinccino and Watchhog) and finally Colress (Magneton, Elygym and Klink). However, upon exciting the building a Team Plasma member had run past towards the dock where Hugh followed pursuit, in which Cheren accompanied him. Colress suggesting that it is futile and not to be reckless to pursue them. There we then set foot on Team Plasma’s base in which we fought back against their attempt to take our Pokemon. Upon further questioning about the whereabouts of Hugh’s sister Purrloin, Sage Zinzolin had emerged who had summoned the shadow triad to remove us from the vicinity. 

After obtaining Zorua, we then trained in preparation against Driftveil’s City Gym leader Clay who is a ground type specialist. Thinking it would be an easy match with Dewott being on the team, I was wrong as most of Clay’s Pokemon had outsped my Dewott. Thankfully, this was not a nuzlocke run so it required some experimentation. Finally, this was the conclusion of my match against Clay (Krokorok - Lucario (Force Palm), Sandslash - Dewott (Razor Shell), Excadrill - Krokorok (Dig x2)

Upon making my way towards Driftveil city, Hugo was stopped by the newly formed Team Plasma (under Ghetsis leadership) in which I assisted in providing him back up as he continues to search for his sister’s Purloin. Not too long after, it was seen that a member of Team Plasma (new) had approached an old member trying to convince them in rejoining their cause. This member had refused them, in which they follow N’s leadership. They then told me to meet them at their new location within Driftveil city in which all would be explained there. I was approached by Sage Rood who tested my relationship with my Pokemon through a Pokemon battle in which it was accepted. There my Sandile then evolved into Krokorok. Shortly after upon entering their location, Hugh had come in but was not pleased with their answer as it did not further his goal in finding his sister’s Purloin. Zorua was then gifted to me by Rood in which had once been a close friend to N himself. Zorua will take place of my Flaaffy in my team at this point in time.
