Tarts on tarts on tarts on tarts! 🤩🤤 As part of a collaboration event with two eastern Pennsylvania based companies, @charcuterie.bydesign and @pocono_cookies, this past weekend, I made four different tarts that were featured on the charcuterie table. What a tasty weekend! 🤩🤤 I am so grateful to have been able to collaborate with two amazing eastern Pennsylvania based companies, @charcuterie.bydesign and @pocono_cookies, to create this drool-worthy charcuterie table for a bridal shower. Every inch of that 8-foot table was covered in decadent deliciousness. Bill, the founder and owner of Charcuterie by Design, is absolutely incredible and creates edible works of art with his charcuterie. The owner and baker of Pocono Cookies, Amanda, featured three kinds of amazing stuffed cookies: Oreo and Peanut butter, Strawberry and Cream Cheese, and Dulce de Leche. I cannot wait to try one of her amazing flavors one day! I have seen her Boston Creme Cookies and I got weak in the knees! As for me, I baked four different kinds of tarts for the event: Four Tomato with Prosciutto and Balsamic Glaze; Butternut Squash, Thyme, and Gorgonzola; Caramelized Blood Orange; and Roasted Peach & Prosciutto with Sweet Ricotta and Mango-Peach Glaze.
