I didn’t see this one coming. I just made this music blog that will be mostly dedicated to artists that has passed, and I never expected you too will make the list. It feels like a personal lost. It’s not easy to accept that this is the painful reality that we have to concede to. This is hitting hard. Tears won’t run dry, they keep pouring down my face. I don’t understand why it’s always the ones with the most beautiful soul to go first 💔

2016 - I first heard of your music. I remember I’d lock myself up in my room, blast your music and that vibe would be enough for me to feel like adventure. Your music fill up the room with beautiful energy. When I can’t feel excited in life, when there’s nothing to feel inspired or good about myself and my life, your music did that for me. Your music made me feel like I’m inlove with life even if I couldn’t find a reason to. I connected with you through your music. Your music is a blessing and a medicine for the soul.

As we walk in this world we get to meet people face to face along the way that leaves a mark in our life, but through music, there are special souls we never met in person but we get to form a strong connection with, and they leave a lasting mark and impact in our life. Through music there’s a spark of energy that makes us drawn to an artist, because of that sense of relatedness; a feeling of knowing their soul through their music and how they communicate with our hearts through it. I guess that’s where the pain comes from when an artist die, even if we are not related to that person/artist, we’ve been so soaked up and familiarized with the energy of their music/art that it’s almost hard to believe when that artist is no longer here. Knowing that their music helped us get through life, makes it even more painful. One day we see them full of life, full of vibe, and in a blink of an eye they are no longer here. It’s shocking.. It’s so hard to process... It’s so hard to accept... It just hurts…

You were the least artist I’d ever expect for this to happen to. Not gang affiliated, didn’t involve himself with rap beefs, contrary to most gangsta/dark rap music, yours was more of a reflection and expression of love for women, you were not promoting violence, misogyny or materialism in your music, you were just making love songs 💔

Your music uplifted me. I replayed your music many times to escape my misery. “Feelings” is my favorite song of you and it fed me so much beautiful emotions that inspired me.

Going back 4 years ago, I remember your tributes to X, not knowing fast forward to today that you will go out the same exact way 💔 I would’ve never thought. This life is really trippy.

Thank you for leaving us with the gift of your music. I’ll forever commemorate you through it. Rest in heaven. Your presence will be missed. Thank you for blessing the world with the gift of your beautiful soul. You saved me. You helped me. You have made a difference with the lives of other people and mine is a testament to that.
