OKAY - letâs jump into it.
for years i was scared of eating in public bc of this reason. the judgement fat people get for simply nourishing their bodies is disgusting. itâs as if people would rather us starve than continue to live in a big body.
however, itâs absolute BULL. you are so allowed to eat. whatever. the. hell. you. want. nobody should be able to stop you from fuelling your body.
just making this video terrified me bc i had to eat on camera and thereâs no saying how many people will now watch this video. but itâs no secret that i eat. otherwise i wouldnât be here, would i? so here i am. munching on a pack of mini cheddars (snack of the gods)
so, there. nobody has the right to make you feel guilty for eating. ever.
