HELP FOR DISABLED MOM AND SON
My husband died earlier this year. I was a housewife for 28 years and home schooled my three children.
I am disabled and my youngest adult son is disabled but we do not currently recieve disability nor may become eligible.
When my husband died we lost our income and health insurance. I have PTSD, severe asthma, celiac disease and I have to use blood thinners.
My son has OCD, GAD and celiac disease as well.
We both do everything we can put our hands to to bring in a little money but it is not enough to pay Bills or medical expenses. We also have to pay our house off that we have lived in for 29 yrs so it is not foreclosed on.
Any help at all would be deeply appreciated, especially as we go through this traumatic time.
I don’t like asking for financial help, but I’m feeling pretty anxious; I moved to CT in august for graduate school, and had a job inter
I really hate posting a fund like this because I hate asking for help, but paying my bills for the next 5 weeks is a huge concern considering I have less than $100 left in my bank account. I’m hopeful for good news from a job I interviewed for earlier this month but the job itself wouldn’t start until January.
Between when my financial aid for spring semester gets disbursed and now, I have to pay car insurance, phone bill, utilities, and cable/internet.
I did have a job that I was working in the meantime to make some income, but last week I found out that the case I was working closed so I haven’t been able to work for a week and don’t know when I’ll be able to start again.
My parents have been super helpful but they aren’t rich and they really can’t help anymore but I don’t know what else to do. Even just sharing this would be super helpful!
So here is how we got to Plumfund. On November 17th our 4 year old baby cat, Jinxy began to act funny. She stopped eating and drinking, and became very lethargic, she was having very shallow breathes as well as losing her balance when trying to get around. Nothing seemed ok, so we gave her a day on the 18th and things still didn't look up so we decided to call the vet to get her in. On november 19th Jinxy made it to the vet and despite trying to optimistic we received some very tough news. Jinxy's little heart and lungs were encased in a liquid, causing the shallow breathes. Her chest was so full the vet actually couldn't find her heart beat. After being told how serious this was we learned we had to let Jinxy be admitted to get more help. As we left the vets office we could only hope Jinxy would fight. A few hours passed and the vet called us to inform us they removed 160 ml of clear liquid from her chest cavity. The clear liquid was a indication of heart disease. After doing this procedure they did locate a heart beat. We learned Jinxy was born with not only heart disease but a heart arrhythmia. They wanted to still keep her overnight to do more x-rays and see if the liquid would return to her chest cavity. Luckily, the next morning we learned that it hadn't come back. This was probably the first good news we'd had during this ordeal. They wanted to put her on two medication to help her heart stay clear of this liquid and stay healthy. Although there is no cure for heart disease or her heart arrhythmia we can do what we can to try and give her the best chance at life possible. We were recommended to a specialist at the U of I college where they can preform a EKG on Jinx's heart so that we can better assist her and figure out exactly what is wrong with her little heart. We really need to do this as soon as possible so that we can properly medicate her and get her where she needs to be. Our little baby cat is a fighter, we just need your help to get her there. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read about our furbaby. She means the world to us.
Please help my cat
Renee has been diagnosed with CRPS Type 2 (Complex Regional Pain Syndrome), the most painful disease on the planet. Please help her raise the funds to get a service dog so she can gain freedom and independence through the agony of every day life.
Right now my husband is my caregiver. He picks up after me, steadies me, and won’t leave my side for a minute, even though he’s disabled himself. Help me gain freedom and some relief for him with a service dog! PLEASE All fundraiser funds will go to the purchase and training of a dog that can stabilize, assist, and retrieve! Thank you! Renee

Please reblog!
My financial aid office basically screwed over by not telling me I needed to be more classes to receive financial aid. While my bill is taken care of, I had planned on using my refund to move to Canada and finish my degree. The southern US sucks for queer women/Enbys and I need to be in canada by the new year or my education is paused and I will be homeless. If you can help at all, I would very much appreciate it. If you can't donate, a reblog can help get it to someone who can! Xx ❤🌹

My grandma could die and no one would know
My grandma has dementia; she's had a number of strokes, and can not communicate as she once could. My aunt was living with her, taking care of her--or at least we thought she was taking care of Grandma. On May 13 2018, on Mother’s Day, my grandmother was admitted into the ICU at Presbyterian Hospital. As a result, May 12th was the last time anyone in our family has seen Grandma Bunny. My grandma is used to seeing family often and this separation can not be helping her dementia. No one as attempted to call or notify anyone about her condition. We have no proof she is okay or being taken care of. Instead, they are assuming the ENTIRE family has been abusing grandma and will let no one visit.
The only way to get visitation rights; the only way to see and hug Grandma, is to hire a lawyer to complete and file the correct paperwork. Only one lawyer has returned our calls and is willing to work with us. He is charging us an initial fee of $2,500.
We do not have that kind of money and would be grateful for any and all donations you can make. Thank you and much love.
