Strength Of Shell: Made for @plumbob95's Shell challenge

I got very excited when I heard about this shell challenge, and quickly jumped in. From a mere shell of walls and foundation I transformed it into a modern family home good for up to five sims consisting of three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a single car garage. The ground floor is an open plan living-dining-kitchen space with a bathroom, while the second floor is home to three bedrooms and a common bathroom. There's also a front patio with a small swimming pool, and the second floor features two balconies.

I'd love to request a sim but would you be open to making one in the sims 3?

I dont mind what gender or what they look like. They will be the partner of my lepacy family so will be for the showtime expansion pack. I will have all expansions up until this pack and all stuff packs installed.
