Idk how tf they'd be dragged into a session, but if they (all of BG?) were, Lin Chung is obviously the one who would have the forge quest (Land of Harmony and Frogs?), but I'm not totally sure who would have the scratch construct? The only Time player I have assigned is Kowloon, but tbh if someone else is also Time I might assign it to them because. That man CANNOT be put in charge of something as important as the scratch, I feel like he'd activate it impulsively and ruin everything?
I was thinking of doing what I did with my fantrolls and making their big session actually be a combination of multiple smaller sessions that merge due to Shenanigans, but idk? Actually wait that kinda rules no wonder everybody seems like kinda separate entities
Hmm...maybe HR did a Caliborn and initiated a dead session, but used the things he gained there and his Lord of Blood powers to try to draw material wealth to himself, grabbing everyone's (AT+First Squad, Second Squad, others in small groups) sessions and bringing them together kinda by accident?
Actually I might reclassify him based on how im thinking of Lord as a class in general
Or he can stay a Thief of Blood for the ~Themes~ and I can try to manufacture more shenanigans to glue everything together
A lot of the mini-sessions are probably void ones, but most sessions are said to be void anyway, so that doesnt bother me
What matters is Main Character Supreme Lin Chung needs to be there to do the frog quest for *everyone*, while other Space players can assist him (maybe his land is absolutely massive due to fate knowing of the massive session that it would end as) or have individual stuff
Other than AT and HR having the same aspect because Themes, everyone else is still malleable, I think, since my arguments for them are shaky or nonexistent for most
I think I'm gonna keep the idea of HR's dead session fucking up everyone's smaller sessions, but it ultimately allowing some of them to be winnable that weren't before due to a lack of Space players or even scratchable due to a lack of Time players
I'm currently thinking of splitting the initial sessions as follows, though again it's still all flexible rn and a lot of people need to be placed:
• AT + Woo + First Squad
• Second Squad
• Air Force
• Navy (including LG)
Idk if I'm gonna go with trolls or the normal setting, I just thought giving extended signs would be fun tbh
First Squad's session is the main one when everything merges, and they end up being the most important good-side players overall
Current idea for AT, though forgive me, I'm not great at coming up with more abstract planets and quests
AT is the Muse/Maid of Blood, and his planet is the Land of Tension and Gold. His denizen is Ekecheiria, whose influence causes the planet's consorts to perpetually hate each other for petty reasons. While one may be tempted to use the abundance of gold to appeal to others, this is a trap: the gold is the medium through which Ekecheiria radiates her hostile aura. One must use non-material things to encourage unity, and once this peace is attained, AT and the consorts can work together to reach the denizen.
Being in a dead session, HR doesn't have a traditional planet and has a conquering path like Caliborn.
As a Muse of Blood, AT is one who inspires others to have/use concepts of Blood, sometimes using Blood (though as the most passive class, he shouldn't really be doing that *himself*, hence why his material gifts always fail).
As a Sylph or Maid, he creates concepts of Blood, either passively (more encouraging its creation/healing it) or actively
On the flipside, Highroller is the Lord of Blood, he who commands and conquers Blood/with Blood. He warps relationships and society for his own gain, valuing material wealth over the friendships and unity AT strives for. I imagine the zebras and Bearstomp are part of his version of The Felt, following orders but not being as strong as him.
As a Thief, he steals material wealth for himself and steals connections away, possibly due to an unstable foundation for friendships of his own that leads to some internal conflicts
Oh also the Woo expert has selected Rogue of Light for him and Thief of Light for Infinitum :D
Rambling time as I try to box up the kinda nebulous classpect Archer's in rn
Void is all about the unknown/unknowable, secrets/lies, mysteries, nothingness, possibility, darkness, nuance, simplicity, confusion, irrelevance, etc while Light is the opposite of that, being the concrete, knowledge, attention, perception, luck, complexity, importance, etc. This puts me in a weird spot with my boy tbh? Probably just cuz I'm really picky about making sure everything is perfect for second squad, even if i don't actually know what perfect is, lol.
To me, he's kinda perfectly in the middle of Light/Void. Quiet and often forgotten on the sidelines (kinda thrives there, though also craves recognition), as well as keeping things to himself or only those he's close to, but having a lot of anxiety about the unknown and being the keeper of some weird and niche information (but not necessarily secrets, just things others don't care about (attention?)). I know I lean towards Void with him but tbh I think I'm too in my head and in the weeds rn to make definitive decisions for anybody. Just know that rn everybody has a vague realm of their role: AG is Time/Life (leading/fighting), Kowloon is Time/Heart (fighting/self), Hurricane is Life/Rage (energy/skepticism), in super short and oversimplified ways
Also I've decided that For The Themes if LC is The Space Player (the one who does the frog breeding quest, even if there are other Space players), AG has to be The Time Player (the one with the Scratch Construct and who does most of the help with the frog breeding quest, even if there are other Time Players)
currently floating with Heir/Seer of Space (natural skill with/accidental use of/learns from other sources about patience, fate, generality, nature, visual art, and beginnings) and an active class for Time. maybe Maid or Thief? creates/relocates choice and activity (including restlessness/recklessness and rebellion), possibly due to a past lack of/suffering from aspect or a personal insecurity (lack of recognition?). i dont mean to make it sound bad because no combo is inherently bad, Time is just a weird aspect for me i guess
I *think* I've decided on a land quest for Archer, tentatively. Still ironing out my confusion with his God Tier.
The Land of Sun and Stone, where the Denizen has done something to the consorts to make them turn into stone statues if they're in the sun for too long. The brightness is nearly unbearable and makes traversal hard without accomodating for it. The few consorts who remain are able to inform the player that the others can be fixed if the curse(?) is broken, if the player uses their abilities, and/or through hard work and puzzly stuff (just to get them to the later points), scooting them into the shade isn't enough. A simple concept, but I think it can be deceptively difficult and could have applications for both Light (changing/moderating/taking the light or finding a way to adapt to and accept it) and Void (spread "darkness", destroy the light, etc.)

I’ve seen a few fic writers seemingly forget how the healing aspect of Gold Experience works and make it functionally identical to Crazy Diamond. GE’s healing isn’t *repairing* anything, it’s just replacing shit that’s been damaged. Grafting on new bits of flesh. If you broke your leg CD would rejoin the bone fragments but GE would turn a ruler into a replacement femur or something. It’s unpleasant to be on the receiving end of and kind of body horror-y and I think we as a fandom should lean into that!!!
