HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!
I finished this a little late (it’s only about 20 minutes into 2019 for me) but I did this! I had some difficulty doing this in certain months-- there’s certainly more art in the last 4 more months than any other-- but I did what I could. January and July were technically finished early into the next month but it was the best I had (January was mostly worked on in January so it’s not much of a copout).
Jan- My New Year Hinoka concept. Very proud of it still. I should really do the rest of the set.
Feb- My Bayonetta zine piece. Not that good to me anymore (though it was only ok to me at the time) but it’s one of my only Feb things. An attempt at a bg was made.
March- Sailor Moon chibi. My first attempt at a chibi in a long time. I was proud of it at the time but it shows as my first try nowadays. Humble beginnings.
April- A commission that I still sorta like. I don’t remember the characters anymore but I always liked how I drew the girl.
May- Selkie and Velour(ia) chibis. Started to feel more firm in my chibi style even though I think this was only my...4th attempt at the style? Changed the head shapes and it really helped. Still proud.
June- Nishiki, Heroes style! I haven’t finished the rest of the set but I should. I like this still!
July- finished in early August but it was the best I had. Drew Deere/Dwyer a year after my Compendium entry.
Aug- Chibi Chibiusa! This was the last SM chibi I’ve drawn, which is...sad. I like it though!
Sept- My Inkling! Definitely still one of my favorite pieces to date. I should really venture out more because this piece took me like a month of near-consistent off and on work (is that contradictory?). Sometimes I just need to hunker down and try something hard.
Oct- My wife Bride Tharja for Compendium’s Where’s Walhart project. It was about time I drew her full body. The DETAIL, omg. No wonder the Heroes artists only draw 3 poses and just amend one.
Nov- More of my Zine piece for the Naruto mix-up zine. I can’t upload it yet, it’s on hold, but it’s not the full piece (technically it’s missing a good chunk). I’m very proud of it.
Dec- My Secret Anna (Compendium Secret Santa) piece! It’s probably the best piece from this month. If not...well I really like it, which counts for something.
Here’s to 2019!
It’s quite quick but I hope it still feels like a treat...With less than an hour to spare, MERRY (LATE) CHRISTMAS TO @aiilovhart, I was your Secret Santa. I went with Greedling eating way too many of the cookies [though they were clearly meant for him, otherwise why would they be there???] because why not.... Bonus Ed because he was looking forward to those! They weren’t even gonna make him drink milk this time!
For @fullmetalsecretsanta, just in the nick of time.
@ssbucount posted my pic so I’ll post it finally! Today is day 20 for the SSBU countdown and I’m happy to be a part of it.
So since Daisy and Inkling are new to Smash, Villager decided to throw a house party! There’s a liiiiittle issue with that, but they don’t know that! Isabelle does (since she was still an assist) and she wants to warn them. I’ll let you figure it out from here!
I wanted it to be lighthearted and still funny so I went with this approach. Though it may not be clear, they’re on the Smashville stage. I tried hard to be relatively to scale with everything.
Hopefully you like it! Thanks again for letting me participate!
So FE Compendium had a community project called Where’s Walhart, an FE Where’s Waldo! I drew my favorite girl Tharja in her bride form, because I’m a masochist apparently. I had fun drawing her despite all the detail. I think she looks all right. I hope you like her, and be sure to go check out the project!

My second half of my OCtober drawings I managed to complete. This time, 2 are non-RP characters. I will definitely continue to draw OCs I haven’t drawn, but in OCtober I only managed 14 (there was one that was a WIP that I didn’t finish, that’ll probably be the first one).
In order, their names are: Corduroy/Cordy, Fei, (This one’s name is a secret), Bastion (March Hare in AiW RP thing), Reggie/Reginald, Rosalie, and Victoria.
Hope you like!
The other half of Inktober that I managed to complete, on account of getting sick shortly after finishing the last few of these. I got mostly Pokemon done for this challenge because they were the easiest. Greninja is probably my fave of this bunch. It’s a shame I didn’t get to finish/fell so far behind that I didn’t finish, but it was my first Inktober so it’s something.
Hope you like!
So I attempted two Inktobers this year! One was about drawing Smash characters for the entire month...I only made it halfway through them both on account of work and being sick two separate times, but it’s trying that counts. Here’s my first week in no particular order! They were colored quickly to produce faster so don’t mind any gaps. I think it has a charm to it.
Hope you like!
