I have struggled to keep up a good milk supply for Londyn as she grows for awhile now. I nurse while at home and when I can when out and about but from day one we've had to supplement with formula because she was premature, so I've always had a little bit lower supply. Hoping to increase milk supply and losing weight were my main reasons for starting Plexus. I've noticed so many improvements already but I hadn't noticed an increase in milk supply yet but I knew I needed to be patient and I would see results. This doesn't look like much and I know it's not a lot to some but for me this is progress! This gives me the encouragement I need to keep nursing and not give up!
