Purva Bhadrapada Nakshatra 🌌
Purva Bhadrapadas tend to have a very extra terrestrial and aquatic appearance to them. They look like what others refer to as Starseeds, or The Navi in the Avatar franchise. Those with more aquatic features can look like mermaids or any creatures of the deep sea. Some Purva Bhadrapada and Vishaka men specifically, look like King Neptune to me.
Purva Bhadrapadas can be identified by sharp, typically arched and sometimes thinned eye brows; Sleek aquatic or alien-like almond eyes OR tear drop-shaped wide eyes. Purva Bhadrapada eyes tend to have sanpaku and the appearance of almost being tilted sideways or downward. While Purva Bhadrapada lips tend to be on the thinner side, many can be born with plump lips, but I see many Purva Bhadrapadas plump up their lips to a bigger size.
Purva Bhadrapada noses are typical long, sloped downward with a flat, smooth, or slightly widened bridge. Eyes are set deeply into the sockets, often showing a subtle sideways tilt (slanted up at the corners or wider along the bottom). The face is oblong, rectangular, or narrow oval frame that gives the face a tall, lean appearance. The lips tend to sit at two extremes—either noticeably full, large, and plump, or sharply defined and thin with a compact, small mouth outline. Some have a pronounced or slightly protruding brow bone that seamlessly connects with a tall, prominent forehead, creating a heavy upper-face structure.
Due to this Nakshatra being tied to dark beauty, intense charisma, and high-impact physical presence, an emphasis on voluptuous, pouty, or pronounced lips and sultry eyes amplifies that smoldering, magnetic aura.
Yajamana Udyamana Shakti—the power to raise, elevate, or lift spiritual consciousness from below to above. Purva Bhadrapada often carries a heavy brow bone, a prominent forehead (square or round), or a sharp upper-face structure. Styling the hair with a top "poof" or crown volume visually balances the heavy brow-to-jaw ratio. Visually, pulling hair upward into a mound or poof creates a literal "tower" over the forehead, "the poof" hairstyle (popularized by Snooki, who I suspect to have Jupiter ruled ascendant) acts as a form of exaltation. Purva Bhadrapada women who look more like the typical femme fatale can vary from tall, very skinny to lean, and a more masculine, or broad muscular upper build especially in the arms and shoulders, but natural or enhanced very large lips or breasts. Accompanied by a sultry voice & eyes, and extreme intelligence.
Jupiter’s Influence: Rules expansion, creating naturally full/fleshy facial features (lips, cheeks). The "two-faced" archetype drives individuals to either possess natural plumpness or actively transform/exaggerate their features through modifications.
