Okay so I was reading a Suho x Beomseok fic where Suho was the bottom (I know my taste is questionable). Anyways so while reading I came up with this spectaculor idea for a fanfiction. Let's say its omegaverse and the main themes is challenging social norms and class issues.
So basically I was thinking it could be a fic where the alpha is similar to Beomseok (abusive father, self esteem issues, trauma etc.) And really doesn't fit what a 'normal alpha' would look like. And then the story starts out with his father dying and him taking over his empire( I was thinking instead of government official he could be like a chaebol or something).
Then he meets the omega which is similar to Suho (confident, well built and etc.) Who doesn't come from a rich background similar to canon. Basically after Beomseok's father dies he takes over the company and now is looking to bond with an omega. (This world is also like kinda traditional and still thinks of omegas as property).
Since I still wanted Beomseok to have some trauma I decided the story should take place in college, so they can be legal but also not too old. P.S :This is crucial to the plot.
Somehow they meet (haven't thought that far)but don't like eachother very much because : 1. Beomseok is insecure that an omega looks like an alpha and 2. Suho has a strong dislike for rich people because of his background.
Realizing that it would be convenient for them to help eachother out(Suho needs an alpha for stability and Beomseok needs an omega for appearances) they decide to bond.
The entire plot of the story will be them working through their issues together and falling in love while also challenging the outdated traditional views of the public.
Also atleast one scene where a meathead alpha trys to hit on Suho while him and Beomseok are at a gala or something and Beomseok destroys him socially because he's very protective of his omega lol.
This is my fic idea I hope you liked it I'm very proud of this idea. And also kudos to the author for opening my eyes to this pair and dynamic.
