Okay, so I’m caught up on my other commitments and would like to open up two (2) additional slots for wanted posters.  If you don’t catch one of them, DM or send me an ask anyway and I will put you on the waiting list -- I’m definitely going to be doing more, but want to take it in small batches so I’m not overwhelmed and can do my best work.

How it’ll work: price: $25, payment via PayPal (when I reach out to you, please let me know your PayPal addy so I can send you an invoice) after you’ve approved the draft.  Once approved and paid, I’ll send you a small Tumblr-friendly version and a full-sized image to the email of your choice -- or, if you prefer, I can set up a download link for you on Google Drive.

Stuff I’ll need to know and that I’ll ask you for when it’s time: reference (in game shots or other representative portraits) / faceclaims, and whether you want a particular facial expression, and also which outfit your Captain would be wearing.

I’ve decided to do some lighting/portrait studies.  The goal is to be more confident in dramatic lighting (I’m very timid with shadows, and really admire people like Mike Mignola).  Maybe at some point I’ll graduate to color.  If I can do one a day, I’ll do one a day, but I won’t worry if I can’t hold to that.

Anyway, here is Aethel from @kourumi’s Western AU, a story I’m writing called “Conference at Chalcedony Grove”. (As usual, it’s actually not quite her, but I’m sure that’ll come in time also.)

Rough sketch of the version of Aethel in @kourumi’s Western TOW AU wearing some fairly fancy duds, inspired by Bernadette Banner’s Victorian waistcoat, which I thought would look pretty good with hakama.  The exciting thing about working in this AU -- which is set in Halcyon in the 23rd Century but with a Victorian/Edwardian Western flair -- is being able to just go wild with different clothing combinations.
