It’s that time of the week again…
I Challenge You to Go Outside!
Listen to the birds sing or go bird watching. Soak in the sun for a few minutes. Listen to the song of the wind. Meditate on the sounds and what can be seen around you. Be grateful you can enjoy this moment.
Walk barefoot in the grass to balance and ground yourself. Hug a tree to cleanse yourself and help get rid of negative energy. Find peace gazing at the stars or watching the clouds roll by.
If you’re more ambitious go for a nature walk or hiking. You could even go camping or fishing!
Get back in tune with nature. It really is the best medicine, next to laughter.
