This week was supposed to be the beginning of my new job at HatTrick Productions, and my official goodbye to Platform. 🧙‍♂️ 🔮 ⚡️ Sadly, that didn’t happen – my new job has been delayed for at least 6 months, which means I never got a proper goodbye to all those souls at Platform who have kept me smiling for the last 18 months, most of whom are pictures somewhere here 😞 (have had to steal other people’s leaving photos, sorry, since I’ll probably never have one). You have all been the shining beacon on a really hard period of my life, getting me through periods of crying in the bathroom in the height of summer madness and cheering me on to find a new job. Despite how hard our job at the shop can often be and how much we can often wish we were elsewhere, I looked forward to coming in to see your faces and laugh with you and have your hugs. 🥰 Thank you so much for all you’ve done for me and I currently really, really miss you all. As soon as things are back to normal, please can we do my ‘leaving’ drinks then, pretty please.
