Consistency is key when it comes to reaching your health and fitness goals, but how do you stay consistent?! π§ - If you want to set yourself up for success the best thing you can do is plan ahead. π - I wonβt bullshit you, planning ahead takes some extra effort, but the extra effort pays off when you have a busy schedule during the week and you donβt have time to cook.π - When you have food prepped out and ready to go, you are much less likely to grab some fast food on the go, graze on random shit, or skip meals during the day and end up binging on whatever you can find in the fridge at night. - The best news is that just like any other new habit/change meal prep does get easier the more you do it. - Stay on track with your fitness goals, and learn to be a better cook. Itβs a win win π - Reasons people donβt meal prep: - Overthinking it. - Did it once. It took all day... so therefore fuck that. π€£ - If you only meal prep on occasion you are not giving yourself a fair chance at becoming more efficient with it. I promise youβ you will learn how to do things quicker and it will all become less daunting. πͺ - Start small: if it is all way too overwhelming for you. Start by just prepping your lean protein for the week. - For example: Bake off enough chicken breasts to get you through the week so that you have them on hand to throw into whatever you want.
