I never went to the channel’s he called out since I never liked their content anyway, but I remember hearing about internet historian fan’s were pretty angry he got caught plagiarizing

I started posting fics on here in 2023 and the very first one I got was plagiarized. It’s been long deleted and I spoke with the user who did it. Yet, that had me so discouraged that I didn’t want to post anything else I wrote if the very first one got taken and seen by more people than mine. I tried again, but couldn’t go through with it, knowing that it could get stolen again. I actually think they ended up deleting their whole account in 2024 or 2025, so maybe that’s not something I have to worry about anymore.

But, my point is that I want to start posting again, and I think I’m over it at this point. I have two fics on here if yall want a sample of my work. I was writing for Attack on Titan, but I will start posing again starting with JJK. I’m working on a Gojo fic about otaku nerdjo and otaku reader.

I’ve received a number of asks seeking my permission for fan fiction and fan content. This post is not directed at anyone in particular, but I feel the need to make a public statement explaining my stance. I will link this to my pinned post.

When you write Cantata or Viatica fan fiction, it’s my intellectual property you’re using—my setting, my characters, my concepts. I have no issue with linear, non-interactive, not choice-based fan fiction as long as you:

Credit my original work

Do not write/publish it for commercial gain

Exploring my world and characters through fan fiction on AO3 is permissible, even encouraged, as long as you adhere to the rules above.

What I do not permit is taking my ideas and creating a similar game out of them. This includes interactive fiction, visual novels, and/or any form of media in a similar market. Whether you monetize it or not, you’re still using my intellectual property without my permission and creating a competitive game in the same market, which is detrimental to my original work.

If my ideas inspire you to write your own world with your own cultures and your own characters that aren’t recognizably mine, then that’s perfectly fine. But if you’re just reskinning my creative property without transforming it into something uniquely your own, then I am not comfortable with that, nor do I permit it.

Remember that I am not a AAA game developer, not a corporation, not a member of a larger team. I am one woman who thought up all these ideas in my own head. Copycat material harms me on a personal level.
