TIME FOR PIRRO BACKSTORY TIME!!!!

Alright, so Pirro's a 38 years old Italian currently working as a test rider for Ducati! Born on the 5th of july btw it's his bday soonnnnnn :)

He started his career back in 2003 in 125cc with Aprilia as a wild card, and he later won the 2004 European championship with them, look at this little shit

He kept going in 125cc in 2005-2006, switching between a couple of manufacturers but never really getting any results. But hey!

He did look like a cutie

In 2007-2008 he pissed off to superstock and won the Italian national championship on a Yamaha if I rmb well. I'm pretty sure he won both years but I'd have to go confirm. I think after he went to the Supersport WC where he did...not good not bad. He was there!

Then comes 2011! He finally decides to show himself in Moto2! He did race in like 1 GP in 2010 but THAT SHIT DON'T COUNT. It's Gresini time for our boyyy

And you wanna know what's better?

HE RACED WITH MARC THAT YEAR. THAT GREMLIN JOINED IN 2011 TOO

So we have ✨️moto2 pirromarc✨️ where pirro does not do so well, winning like once and finishing 9th overall while Marc is dogwalking everyone until the plot nerfs him by kicking him in the eyes in sepang :D

He pisses off to motogp in like 2012 and races for gresini for one (1) year. That goes...average. So obviously the next year Ducati immediately snatches him as a test rider and doesn't let him go :D

From then, he races as a wildcard and sometimes substitute for injured riders while also racing and winning the CIV superbike wc. Bro replaced Cal, Petrucci, Pecco and Iannone amongst others. So, while he's doing allat, around 2015 he decides to start doing some superbike as a wildcard on the side too! Busy man that guy. He keep dipping his toes here and there, until he eventually replaces Marc in 2025 for a few rounds after Mandalika until Bulega eventually takes up the role.

As of now, 2026 is his last contracted year with Ducati and he's not re-signed, which makes sense considering liberty wants to nuke wildcards. Over the years he's had a bunch of quotes about Marc, all of which are ODDLY positive for an Italian working in Ducati, but idc cauz I like it eheheheh bro was down bad from the start.

That dumbass IS currently injured because he still does CIV btw, and now he's taken to posting slutty pics about it in a very Marc fashion

AND HE'S GOT A CROOKED PINKY TOO. The stars are aligning. Also, he posted about the ducati 100th win with a caption that, at first wasn't very clear whether he was talking about marc or the team??? (It was the team. But hey, i can dream) and NOW he's putting Marc's brno win on his ig story with #NeverGiveUp and #ProudOfYou and #PleaseKissMeSloppyStyle

Like dawg. And that's without mentionning Pirro's obsession about taking pics with Marc or Marc's bike, OR the Ducati launch incident.

All that to say, pirromarc lowk goated, i wrote a long ass oneshot about them for the ppl interested in this niche lil pairing, and they need more appreciation in my definitely-not-biased opinion :D

2. Favorite thing about this ship? It's gotta be the admiration bro omg....all the pics they take together and how much Pirro seems to love putting Marc on his insta at all times...even how positively he talks about Marc! That man is whipped and I respect him so much for it. And also how Marc entertains it???? WHY ARE YOU ENTERTAINING IT???? They make me crazy they're insaneeeee

18. A dessert? On top of my head I'd say a cherry cheesecake! Very very red and contrasting with the little cake underneath. It taste very intense yet sweet just like how marc seems so intense to michele yet turns out so sweet with him...mmm I think i cooked with this one ngl
