Rarity, peak femme upper-class fashionista, she's always going to have her makeup looking pristine, which always includes either a classic red or a stylistically appropriate purple lipstick. And (as far as I know) she's the only one of the Mane 6 to both wear lipstick and leave a kiss mark (in different episodes.) She might not be giving kisses overly often, but her characterization as a fashionista makes any kiss she gives an appropriate opportunity to include kiss marks.

Pinkie Pie? Bright, energetic, affectionate Pinkie Pie? Oh forget about it, she's wearing pink lipstick/lipgloss so often everyone starts forgetting that's not her natural lip color. And with her energy and affectionate nature, she'd paint somepony's face in pink kisses at the drop of a hat. Happy to see someone? Kisses. Give her a present? Kisses. Have a good idea? Kisses. Remind her of something she needs to do? A big kiss before she zooms away.

Now the rest are great archetypes to receive these kisses. Two types of jock; Applejack as the manual labor jock and Rainbow Dash as the athlete jock, and two types of introverts; Twilight as the socially inexperienced bookworm and Fluttershy as the shrinking violet. All 4 of them.

For the jocks, their reaction to getting kiss marked largely depends on their relationship to the kisser. If it's platonic, they're likely to be annoyed by the residue and having to clean it up/looking silly. If romantic, it's more likely to be slouching over, goofy smile, and flustered chuckling.

For the introverts, either way they're most likely to react like they just got stunned with a flashbang. Swirly eyes, off balance, dizzy noises. Though they might match the jocks if it's romantic, or even just freeze. We call the latter "post-kiss catatonia."

For a bonus round, we can even include Spike as a target. I think we're all in agreement that he's disqualified from Mane 6 shipping, but he's not exempt from the kisses. From Pinkie Pie, he's most likely to get a bunch rapid-fire, act flashbanged, then be annoyed. From Rarity, well, we already have an example from that one episode, but she could also use them like Mystery Inc. uses Scooby Snacks. She offers a kiss or two on the cheek and he's ready to offer his services for just about anything. I'd add a bit of comedy to it and after a while he starts to get annoyed by how well it works on him. He says no, Rarity winks, he sighs in exasperation and accepts.

To wrap up here, my favorite ships for this trope are RariJack and TwiPie. RariJack because AJ is pretty much Rarity's polar opposite in the Mane 6 (marginally moreso than Dash,) and their specific dynamic in fanon is so good for it. TwiPie because of the comedy and this particular routine for them I just came up with;

Twilight is burying herself in her studies, Pinkie lures her away with her favorite snacks, Twilight thanks her, Pinkie responds with a shower of kisses, and now Twilight is more interested in cuddles and kisses and thus takes an actual break as opposed to going right back to work.
