When people talk about Pink Kryptonite aka the Kryptonite that makes Superman gay they bring it up in a "what were they thinking" type way and act like it showed up all the time in the Silver Age. It had only one appearance in the comics in Supergirl (Vol. 4) #79 (2003) and was a satire of the type of shit that happened in Silver Age comics. It was never meant to be taken seriously.
