Deliciously juicy and flavorful pineapple-infused pork chops, grilled to perfection with just five simple ingredients.
Ingredients: 4 bone-in pork chops. 1 cup pineapple juice. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic powder to create the marinade. Place pork chops in a resealable bag and pour half of the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from the marinade and discard the used marinade. Grill pork chops for 6-8 minutes per side or until they reach an internal temperature of 145F 63C. Baste with the remaining marinade during grilling. Allow the pork chops to rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the grilled pineapple pork chops hot and enjoy!
